Kent Benson
With 20 years of real estate experience in the Triangle, I’ve helped many families buy and sell properties during different economic markets. In the process, I’ve enjoyed getting to know a diverse array of people, from lifelong locals to those who have relocated to our community from all over the world. It has been especially enjoyable to have the same families contact me over and over throughout the years and watching their children grow up to buy their own homes. The best compliment I continue to receive is the return of a past client or a referral from them.
While I thoroughly enjoy helping people find their dream homes, I also believe strongly in real estate investing. I have purchased and helped others purchase courthouse foreclosures, short sales and bank-owned properties. Whether you are interested in “flipping” or building a long-term rental portfolio, I can help. Property Management? Yes, we do that also.
I’m originally from Puyallup, Washington (Go Seahawks!) but moved to North Carolina before high school. Raleigh became home to me after I graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in International Business. When I’m not helping clients buy and sell real estate, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and three daughters. We enjoy traveling and catching an Appalachian State football game (Go Mountaineers!). We are very active in Cary Church of God, which we have attended for over 20 years. As a long-time resident of the wonderful Triangle community, I understand what draws people to this area and am eager to help them find just the property they’re looking for.
